Masseria Day Experience in the Itria Valley

Spend a day at a traditional masseria, surrounded by olive trees and dry-stone walls, where time slows down and traditions are still passed down by hand. Every experience starts with a guided tour of the masseria and an introduction to its history and rural life in Puglia.​

Choose a pasta-making class with lunch, a mozzarella workshop or a luminarie workshop with a local artisan, or combine them. To end the day in true Puglian style, you can also stay for a traditional dinner under the stars.​

Included: guided tour of the masseria, plus your choice of: Pasta-Making Class with full lunch (approx. 1 h 30), Mozzarella-Making Workshop (approx. 1 h), Puglian Luminarie Workshop with a local artisan, take-home souvenir included (approx. 3 h)
