E-Bike Tour & Mozzarella Making Class

Start the morning with a guided e-bike ride through the countryside and ancient olive groves around Ostuni. Then stop at a traditional masseria, an old Puglian farmhouse, for a hands-on mozzarella workshop.​

You'll see how fresh mozzarella and burrata are made, try making your own from scratch, and finish with a tasting of local wine, fresh mozzarella and focaccia.​
