Pasta Masterclass 

Join a hands-on pasta lesson in the Puglian countryside, surrounded by olive trees and trulli. Local people will show you how to shape orecchiette and other traditional pasta, exactly the way their grandmothers taught them.

Then you sit down together and eat what you made, with local wine and homemade specialties. It's less a cooking class and more a seat at a Puglian family table.
